Role Overview

As a Technical Migration Engineer, you play a key role in helping our customers move mission-critical content from legacy environments to modern platforms. Using our in-house developed software, you analyze, design, build, and execute migration solutions. You work closely with customers and with fellow engineers, consultants, and solution developers on fast-paced, high-stakes projects. We actively promote team building and frequently organize fun events and get-togethers, so you’ll always stay connected with your colleagues and the company.

What does a typical day look like?

• Start the day with the consultants huddle: share progress, challenges, and insights with your colleagues.
• Configure and run extraction scripts for a large customer migration.
• Capture requirements and design information structures with the client.
• After lunch at our villa, convert migration rules into code and start a test migration.
• In the afternoon, discuss backlog items with the DevOps team and pick up a task to improve a dashboard or connector.
• Wrap up the day with a successful migration run — or a game of table tennis.

Qualifications

• Completed beta or technical education.
• 2–5 years of IT consulting or engineering experience, preferably in CCM, ECM, or ETL domains.
• Experience with one or more content management solutions (e.g. SharePoint, Documentum, Alfresco, OpenText).
• Programming/scripting experience (ideally JavaScript / NodeJS).
• Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch) and interest in APIs, cloud platforms, and microservices.
• Customer-focused, solution-driven, and not afraid to ask for help when needed.
• Strong communication skills; fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Living in the Netherlands. ### What We Offer
