Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and motivated Part-Time UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to apply and expand their design skills in a professional setting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance user experiences for our digital products, directly impacting user satisfaction and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners and engineers.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Design graphic user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, and widgets.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
• Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Information Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software and wireframe tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma).
• A strong portfolio showcasing design projects, particularly those involving web applications.
• Familiarity with Agile workflows and principles, with experience applying them in a team setting being a plus.
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Good time-management skills.
• Fluent in English.
