This is what you will do

As a trainee you fully participate in an IT department. The exact role depends on your background, interests and ambitions. Do you enjoy solving complex IT issues? To design software more efficiently? Or would you rather get your teeth into applications, from development to implementation and maintenance? The possibilities are endless. Perhaps you are a star at coming up with innovative ideas and you discuss this with various stakeholders. By using your knowledge and ideas and sparring with the right parties, you can achieve a lot!

This is you

• You are eager to learn and driven to get the best out of yourself.
• You know the basics of programming languages, such as Python, Java(Script) and C/C#/C++.
• You have (almost) a university degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Software Engineering or Computational Science.
• No work experience? No problem, even without experience you can work as an IT trainee.
• Living in the Netherlands.

• A gross salary of at least €3,111.11 per month (based on 40 hours and depending on the role).
• In addition, you will receive 8.33% holiday pay and a 13th month.

This is where you end up

As an IT trainee, you will immediately start working for a leading bank, pension fund or insurer. Which organization that will be depends on your field of study, skills and, of course, your wishes and ambition. You participate in a multidisciplinary team, with whom you work on various projects. After 1 or 2 years your traineeship is completed and you are expected to start working.
