Junior Consultant

Do you feel at home in an environment where software, information technology, and consultancy come together? We are looking for new consultants to carry out implementation projects. Our consultants focus on implementing software and the activities that arise from it.

Key about your role

Some examples of activities you, as a Junior Consultant at Keylane, will undertake include:

• Setting up implementation projects
• Guiding and supporting the client throughout the implementation process
• Building models and solving problems
• Performing control and testing activities
• Participating in various project groups and communication structures

Keylane's software automates the insurance and pension administrations of our clients. When implementing the software, a logical model must always be designed to automate specific client processes. The challenge for our consultants is to implement this logical model and support the client throughout the entire process. The consultant maintains contact with the client and ensures the smooth running of the entire process. It is important to have an eye for the client's needs and possibilities.

After a training period, you will be deployed in one of the ongoing projects to gain experience. You will be guided by a senior consultant. By participating in multiple projects, you will gain experience, which can include short projects (a few months) for existing clients, and sometimes full implementation projects for new clients (sometimes longer than a year).

Key about you

• You have a degree in a STEM field (Bachelor or Master), or you have other relevant work experience.
• You enjoy solving analytical problems and puzzles.
• You are eager to automate the world.
• You are ambitious in your work and willing to challenge yourself and others.
• You are assertive and will share your ideas and vision with the entire organization.
• You have excellent proficiency in both written and spoken Dutch.

A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) and reference checks are part of the application process.

Key about your team

The team you will join consists of consultants and software engineers with extensive experience in serving large, leading clients in the Dutch (and Caribbean) insurance industry, such as Nationale Nederlanden, Achmea, Vivat, Belfius, and A.S.R.

• A starting gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €3,500 based on 40 hours.
