As a Data Scientist within the Real Estate Valuation department, you work within a young and enthusiastic team. With your mathematical and statistical knowledge, you make an essential contribution to analyze and improve our national valuation model. You are also responsible for the further development of our data warehouse. You research and participate in the collection, processing and management of real estate data via data pipelines. You provide collaborative thinking about creating new solutions and make them applicable using technologies such as Python and SQL. You work on innovative challenges in the field of econometric modeling and Machine Learning. You develop your skills in the field of Data Science.

You also have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Quantative Finance Statistics or another quantitative study. You are at the start of your career or have just started. • Experience with data analysis or programming via languages ​​such as Python and SQL. • Good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written • Experience with APIs is an advantage.
