Junior Consultant

Do you feel at home in an environment where software, information technology and consultancy come together? We are looking for new consultants to carry out implementation projects. Our consultants are involved in the implementation of the software and the work that arises from this.

Key about your role

Some examples of activities that you perform as a Keylane Junior Consultant are: - Setting up implementation projects; - Guiding and supporting the customer during the implementation process; - Building models and solving problems; - Carrying out control and testing activities; - Participating in the various project groups and consultation structures;

Keylane's software automates the customers' insurance and pension administrations. When implementing the software, a logical model will always have to be designed to automate specific customer processes. The challenge for our consultants is to implement this logical model and support the customer throughout the process. The consultant maintains contact with the customer and ensures that the entire process runs smoothly. It is important that one has an eye for the wishes and possibilities of the customer.

After a training course you will be deployed in one of the current projects to gain experience. You will be guided by a senior consultant. By participating in several projects you will gain experience, these can be short projects (of a few months) for existing customers, but sometimes also full implementation processes for new customers (sometimes longer than a year).

Key about you

• You are in possession of a Beta diploma (Bachelor or Master), or you have other relevant work experience;
• You enjoy solving analytical problems and puzzles;
• You want to automate the world;
• You are ambitious in your work and are willing to challenge others and yourself;
• You are stubborn and will share your ideas and vision with the entire organization;
• You master the Dutch language excellently in word and writing.

Key about your team

The team you will join consists of a group of consultants and software engineers who have extensive experience in serving major leading clients from the Dutch (and Caribbean) insurance industry, for example Nationale Nederlanden, Achmea, Vivat, Belfius and A.S.R.

Keylane offerings

• At the start a gross monthly salary between € 2,800 and € 3,400 based on 40 hours;
• For junior roles, we facilitate steep career growth with an additional mid-year performance boost;
