Since then, we have expanded beyond taxation and now also carry out implementations for agencies in the areas of motor vehicles, driver's licenses, unemployment benefits, and child support.

For the role of Implementation Consultant, we are continuously looking for multiple candidates.
Location & Work Model
- Office: Utrecht, Netherlands
- Work location: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote
- Eligibility: Candidates must reside in the European Union and be legally permitted to work in the Netherlands
- Required languages: Fluent English and Dutch
Responsibilities
As an Implementation Consultant, you are involved in the full project lifecycle—from gathering requirements to configuration, development, and production support. You work closely with clients on-site and help implement FAST software solutions tailored to their needs. This role is ideal for people who combine strong technical skills with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborate with government agencies to understand business needs and align FAST software accordingly
- Communicate confidently and clearly, both technically and client-facing
- Work with your team to solve problems and adapt to changing project requirements
- Investigate complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Configure client-specific functionality using FAST tools and C#
- Write and modify SQL queries to retrieve data efficiently
- Implement new features and guide them through testing and rollout
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policy and relevant legislation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Engineering (graduates from other fields with technical training or experience are also encouraged to apply)
- Experience with .NET or a comparable development environment
- Experience with SQL in Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or a comparable database system
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and pride in your work
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Eager to learn, ambitious, and willing to take on challenges
- Fluent in both Dutch and English
