Harvest high potential program

At Harvest, we offer a top-class technical post-master program, specifically designed to give high potentials in data and software a career jump-start.

You will work as a Data Engineer for a year in an exclusive position at one of our leading partners such as ABN AMRO, KPN, Phillips or ASR (or another top 100 organization). In this year you follow the program together with a small group of starters; 20 high-quality masterclasses taught by leading experts in the field.

In addition, you work together with a personal coach and an experienced senior data specialist as a personal supervisor on your personal and professional development. A year full of personal development, but also fun drinks and quarterly outings. The masterclasses take place at our unique and inspiring location in Driebergen (Utrecht).

Your profile

A completed technical master. Experience with programming through relevant internships or work experience. You have a passion for data engineering and are ambitious and eager to learn. You want to make the transition from theory to practice.

What we offer

In addition to access to our exclusive high-potential program (valued at €20,000) and a unique position with one of our leading partners, your participation also provides the following benefits:

  • Salary starting from €3,100 gross per month (depending on your knowledge and experience).
