Harvest High-Potential Program

At Harvest, we offer a top-class technical post-master's program, specifically designed to give high-potential individuals in data a rocket start to their careers.

For a year, you will work through Harvest as a Data Engineer in an exclusive position with one of our leading partners, such as ABN AMRO, KPN, Essent, ASR, Philips, or another top 100 organization. Our shared goal is for you to be employed by this partner after the Harvest year; this is also your first promotion!

During the Harvest year, you will participate in a unique program (at post-master's level) with a close-knit group of like-minded individuals, consisting of 20 masterclasses conducted by leading experts from the Dutch Technology sector, including CTOs, international speakers, IT entrepreneurs, and MVP consultants. Additionally, you will work one-on-one with a personal coach and a technical mentor to focus on your personal and professional development. A year filled with personal growth, enjoyable gatherings, and events, where you will also become part of a unique alumni network. The masterclasses take place at our inspiring Technology Campus in Driebergen-Rijsenburg (Utrecht).

Your Profile

Completed technical master's degree. Experience in programming through relevant internships or work experience. Passion for software engineering, ambitious, and eager to learn. You want to make the translation from theory to practice at the highest level.

• Salary starting from €3,100 gross per month (depending on your knowledge and experience).
