Cyber Identity Talent Program

Do you want to develop yourself as a consultant within the current and relevant Cyber field? Whether you are interested in the business side or the technology behind it, our 1-year trainee program offers the perfect opportunity for recent graduates. During this program you will be trained by our experts to become a valuable Business or Solution Consultant, who can support our team and leading clients.

As a Business Consultant (B.C.) you advise companies in the initial phase of a digital transformation or implementation. You clarify the question customer, draws up a step-by-step plan and puts processes in order, always cooperation with the customer.
As a Solution Consultant (S.C.) you realize the plan together with your colleagues which has been drawn up by, among others, the B.C. You implement technical tools, close applications and ensures that the whole is technically operational, always in cooperation with the customer.

What are you going to do:

Our 12 month full-time trainee program consists of three essential parts: - Training on the job (70%): At our customers you work on projects and immediately apply the acquired knowledge. You will be guided by experienced colleagues. - Theory & Professional Skills (20%): During an intensive training of a few weeks in our training center in Athens you will learn everything about Cyber Identity, including legislation, trends, developments and the latest technologies. At the end of this training you will receive an international recognized business or technical certificate. - Consultancy & Personal Skills (10%): During inspiration days on us office in The Hague you work on your personal growth, where you share your experiences can share with fellow trainees and develop your skills in the field of presentation, communication, time and change management. Your personal development is central during 1-on-1 coaching, allowing you to use your talents can develop further.

Who are you:

You have just graduated (HBO/WO) and are enthusiastic about Cyber, IT- security or digital development.
You want to develop yourself as a consultant in a fast-growing field, from a business administration or a technical role?
You are driven to achieve results in a field that socially important.
You are communicatively strong and think solution-oriented.
You are Dutch speaking and living in the Netherlands.
You enjoy developing yourself together with your fellow trainees.
