Vibe Academy offers complex and exclusive traineeships for highly educated graduates within IT. Vibe Academy is part of Vibe Group, an IT staffing company that has already connected more than 10.000 IT engineers and 3.000 clients.

The traineeship starts with an one month high-pace bootcamp, where you will be challenged to improve your technical and social skills. The bootcamp is designed to transform all your theoretical knowledge into practical skills. You will obtain valuable certificates and participate in expert workshops within your specific expertise. You will complete the bootcamp by doing a case, where you bring your newly gained skills into practice.

After the bootcamp, you will start at one of our clients. You will have access to an exclusive network of companies. During this 18 month period you will have personal 1-on1 guidance by an expert engineer, who will mentor you in your technical and professional development. In addition we will also make a personal development plan, where we focus on your personal goals and development.
