See below the tasks and requirements for this position.\n\n### The Tasks\n- Helping maintain our website (https://odissei-soda.nl) ;\n- Improving our online presence (e.g., translating technical communication into social media-style   posts);\n- Helping to write tutorial style blogposts;\n- Revise GitHub repositories of our projects and workshops for outdated information;\n- Helping organise workshops we do;\n- __Depending on your coding experience and interest__: you can also become involved in research         development (e.g., technical contribution to various social data science projects, including       some   with substantial computational components). Learn more about our projects on: [https://odissei-soda.nl/projects/](https://odissei-soda.nl/projects/)\n\n### The Position\n- __Hours per week__: a minimum of 6-8 hours per week, with the possibility to flexibly increase the   number of hours per week (depending on your study stage and availability);\n- __Duration__: a minimum of 1-year commitment, with the possibility for extension;\n- __Starting date__: June 1 or as soon as possible.\n\n### The Requirements\n- You are a good communicator (in English, Dutch is not required!) ;\n- You are pro-active and organized;\n- You can regularly join our weekly meetings on Mondays;\n- You have affinity with social science;\n- You either know a bit about the following topics, or you are ready to learn more about them: \no   GitHub \no   Markdown \no   Data science \no   Website development \no   Visual design \n\n### Applying\nWe're interested in getting in touch with BSc students (early in their studies) and MSc students (in their first year or starting soon) who may be interested in this position. \nIf you want to apply, send an email until April 30th to t.c.abreu@uu.nl with your CV attached and a short motivation of approx.
