Your career at Incentro

As a Junior RPA developer you immerse yourself in RPA projects from A to Z. After a complete you can quickly start onboarding and training with one of our customers. You do this together with an experienced colleague or alone, depending on what suits you. Through workshops, you delve into the customer's processes to identify all details and ambiguities to get above water. With the collected information, you and your team design the best automation solution. Then you build, test and implement based on this design the robot. We don't ask you that you can do everything, but that you want everything to learn. You always think one step ahead, you want to learn quickly and you like to play with your paws to stand in the clay.

In addition to following training courses for the necessary hard skills, you will start in our Young Professional Academy (YPA). During the first 3 years of your career you will find all have resources at your disposal to develop yourself into an independent consultant. This all happens on the basis of a development plan in which you are in charge takes!

The team

You will work in the driven Automation cell. We started two years ago and develop quickly. We do this with a lot of passion and dedication and this is reflected in the projects and the team. We are looking for people who dare to look further and are not afraid for a challenge. Someone with a renewed and critical view. Feeding in small teams We carry out relatively short projects, which means that every week is different. In addition, we propose together with the team goals that we all support and a passion for to have. Of course, achieved goals are also well celebrated!

About you

We certainly do not expect you to be a specialist in the Automation and RPA world. So long you have enough enthusiasm, ambition and passion. We are mainly looking for to a good fit between you and the team. For example, you think robots are very cool or you gets the itch from cumbersome manual operations. Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following points: - A HBO bachelor's or master's degree. A training with a focus on Business, IT or technology is an advantage - You get excited about IT, automation, robotization and optimisation - Experience in or with programming / modeling is an advantage, where you want to develop strongly in this area - Experience with RPA software, such as UiPath is a plus - Relevant experience through internships, side jobs and extracurricular activities is an advantage. - You have the will to learn a lot in a short time - 0-2 years work experience - You recognize yourself in our cultural values: Camaraderie, Boldness, Autonomy and Mastery - Fluent Dutch (and English) communication skills

Education

Your development is paramount at Incentro and that is why you will also start in our YPA.
