What does the traineeship look like?

You start the traineeship with an intensive eight-week IT boot camp. The IT boot camp is given in a hybrid form: partly at a central location in the Netherlands and partly via online home education. In the first part of the boot camp, you will work for three weeks with fundamental IT topics such as Agile & Scrum, networking, architecture, security, modeling, coding, databases and cloud. During the second part of the boot camp, which lasts five weeks, you choose a specialization. Together we look at which specialization suits you best. The different specializations are:

• Dates
• DevOps Cloud -Software Development
• Business & IT

Did you go through the boot camp? Time for the real work: get started! Our clients are spread throughout the Netherlands and range from SMEs to the top 200 companies such as Ahold Delhaize, PostNL, VDL, NN, Achmea, Alliander, Ordina, CJIB, Belastingdienst, UMC Utrecht and Erasmus MC. Together we will look for an interesting organization in your region. We create the opportunities, you choose the client that suits you best. You join as a trainee and are supervised from day one by team members, colleagues and Working Talent. The starting point is that you will be employed by your client after 16 months.

This is what we ask of you:

• A completed HBO or WO education (an IT or beta study is a plus)
• You are enterprising, communicative, analytical and flexible
• Fluent command of the Dutch language, in word and writing
