Integration Consultant

As an integration consultant you literally and figuratively ensure connection. You make sure the right systems connected in the right way and at the right time stand. To determine exactly how you should do that, you will have a conversation with various people at the customer. You look at both the current situation and the future situation in order to realize a sustainable solution.

The most important? You like to solve puzzles. Because you have several automates processes that interface with other systems, it can be a nice puzzle. You're really good at solving that, bit professional Sudoku.

Ready to go... and go! No wait. We expect you to have all the knowledge in-house at day 1? No, of course not, we are going to help you to be ready as soon as possible to be a professional to really be able to help customers to arrive at the desired solution. You have to think of the hard skills (integration knowledge, ruby etc..) as well as soft skills skills. We will support you with both. We are especially looking for very enthusiastic smart people with whom we can give this new initiative within Incentro a real kickstart.

For convenience, in bullet points we hope you recognize yourself in:

● Takes initiative, the customer doesn't always know which way to go, you help to make this happen to get clear; ● Are not only analytical, but also strong in contact with the customer and stakeholder management; ● HBO/WO diploma; ● Wants to keep growing, as a person and professional. Sustainable, so with a view to the longer term, not only for themselves, but also for the rest of the planet; ● Likes to work in a small, motivated team with very nice people ● Is both business Dutch and the English language no problem for you ● Gets excited to help build a proposition from scratch

In addition, we find this extra nice:

● Executive work in Workato (www.workato.com), or another integration platform: create recipes and possibly also build custom connections ● Ruby experience is a plus, but other programming language is also great (Ruby is not so hard to learn) ● Doesn't necessarily have to have work experience, but does have some technical knowledge background/knowledge

What we offer you?

Sustainable growth... that's important to us! Not only because of our mission to be in 2025 leave a 'zero-carbon footprint' by driving electrically with all colleagues, but also by continuing to invest in your career path. This is how we offer you concrete growth opportunities throughout the organization, and we make a contribution to you (non-contributory) pension pot!

Our cell structure ensures that we can switch quickly with each other, each other well know, work in small(er) teams and thus also know a close-knit culture to create! However, autonomy is also very important to us. Flexibility how and where you fill in your working day -did someone say workation at the beach in Spain?-, we think naturally! We therefore have a solid budget for your own laptop to purchase and set up your (home) workplace...

And we share successes both personally, in the form of a joint annual profit distribution, as well as giving you the option to become a shareholder of Incentro.

Of course we hope that we can all go again in the upcoming period skiing and that all those legendary Incentro festivals(!) will continue. U.S Happiness-Team has organized a lot online in the past two years, but is looking forward to welcoming everyone again to the live drinks, such as formerly!

Welcome to Incentro!
